Deborah Caponetta, founder and owner of Blossom, has been a Caterer and Private Chef in Los Angeles for over 17 years working mostly with entertainment industry VIPs and celebrities including Rihanna, John Wells, Clint Black, Courteney Cox, Don Was, Seal and Trevor Horn. She also trained at the prestigious Spago Restaurant honing her pastry skills with some of the most talented chefs in the country.

Daniel Etcheverry arrived in Los Angeles 1985 and worked as Production Manager for the LA Weekly, spending many years honing his talent as a creative graphic designer. He has an extensive background in commercial design and marketing, his responsibilities included planning and coordinating many of the publication's corporate events. In 2008, Daniel changed careers to pursue a creative position in the hospitality industry. Through those years he has successfully consulted in the planning, design and development of many businesses, including restaurants, bars and health clubs. Daniel has been working with Blossom Catering & Events for more than 8 years - assisting in the planning and design of the company’s weddings, TV productions and corporate events. He applies all of his passions for food, decor and flower arrangement and works hard to ensure wonderful and stress-free events!
